Having worked in the car business for over 40 years, I strongly believe in looking at claims through the eyes of the factory and following all necessary policies and procedures to ensure maximum payouts. Since launching my business in 1989, I’ve worked with 50+ dealerships up and down the East Coast, both on long-term warranty processing and short-term cleanups.

I am highly adaptable to individual dealers’ needs and work one-on-one with management teams to reduce chargebacks and audits, but also support dealerships through these processes when they do occur. I have been factory trained and certified since 1989 and am well versed in all major in-house systems—including CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, AutoMate, and AutoMan.
